All prices shown in the store are expressed in euros (€). The applicable price will be the one displayed at the time of placing the order.
4. Orders
Once the order is placed, the customer will receive a corresponding confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of obvious pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspicion of fraudulent use.
5. Payment Method
Currently, orders are placed via cash on delivery, paying the amount to the carrier at the time of delivery.
6. Shipping
The usual delivery time is 24 to 48 working hours, except for logistics incidents or force majeure events.
7. Returns
The customer has 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, provided that the product is in perfect condition and retains its original packaging, except for the exceptions provided by current legislation.
8. Warranty
All products marketed by Novalyx have the applicable legal warranty against manufacturing defects.
9. Responsibility
Novalyx will not be responsible for delays or non-compliance caused by reasons beyond its control, such as transport incidents, weather phenomena, or force majeure situations.
