Returns and refunds

At Novalyx, we want you to shop with complete peace of mind. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return by following the conditions stated below.
Right of withdrawal
You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to request a product return, in accordance with current legislation.
Conditions for accepting a return
For a return to be accepted, the product must:
Be unused and in perfect condition.
Retain its original packaging, accessories, and manuals, if any.
Show no damage caused by improper use.
Products that cannot be returned
Products that, for reasons of hygiene or health protection, have been unsealed after delivery, or those specifically customized for the customer, cannot be returned, unless they have a manufacturing defect.
Defective or damaged products
If you receive a defective product, damaged during transit, or different from what was ordered, please contact us within a maximum of 48 hours of receipt. We will review your case and offer you a solution as soon as possible.
Refunds
Once we receive the product and verify that it meets the return conditions, we will proceed with the corresponding refund using the same method agreed with the customer, as soon as possible.
Return costs
Unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product, the shipping costs for the return will be borne by the customer.
